This was our first informal meeting as a hall. The event took place in the Rosenman Lounge on the first floor of Speakman. We introduced each other and shared a little bit about our background, interests and what are we looking forward to this semester. We did this in a small sharing circle. I also conveyed the expectation and code of conduct in the house for those who missed the mandatory meeting.

We concluded our meeting by writing hopes for this year/semester on post it notes and with cookies. There were 13 out of 23 residents present. Four of the those residents who couldn't come informed me in advance.
