Chair Meditation w/ GA Sang

What:

Chair Meditation via Zoom (Sep 27 Sun , 9-10pm ET)
We will watch this instruction video(link is external) together, and then sit in for ~25 minutes with some discussion afterwards.
You don't need much to prepare other than comfortable clothes and a chair to sit on so that you can keep your spine erect. You can also sit on the floor with a cushion if you feel more comfortable doing so.
