| Senior Staff |
The Senior Staff consists of University faculty and administrative staff who coordinate the floor advisors and myriad other organizers in Ware. They bear the formal responsibility for the smooth operation of Ware College House and advocate for the House and its residents with other departments of the University. |

Resident Advisor: RA for short, undergraduate student. Graduate Associate: GA for short, graduate student. Every floor has a residential staff member who helps make your life here fun, interesting, comfortable, and safe. Ware boasts an exceptional staff. In addition to being Penn students carrying academic loads, they are the main Ware program/party organizers, advisors, and counselors. They arrange activities, listen to your problems, proofread your papers, and take the lead in emergency situations. The staff member on your floor is your first line of assistance whenever you need help. |
