Ware is the geographical center of the Quad. Most of Ware was built in 1895-1900.
Ware was established as a College House in the 1970s, in honor of Congressman
John H. Ware III. A 1930 Wharton graduate, John Ware was a state senator, U.S.
representative, community activist and philanthropist. The House motto is In Necessariis
Unitas: "Unity When Necessary."
